What to Expect
When you arrive for your appointment or to pick up an order, simply head to the reception desk. Our team will greet you with a smile and get you checked in right away.
Once you’re signed in, we’ll prepare a clean, comfortable exam room for you and your pet, then bring you in for a quick intake. If you’re new to our clinic, we’ll also review your pet’s medical history to make sure our team and doctor have everything they need to provide the best care possible.

International Health Certificates
Going out of the country? As a provincially licenced veterinarian practice, we can assist in the completion of the required travel documents. Ultimately it is up to you and the Canadian food Inspection Agency (CFIA ) Veterinarian to ensure the accuracy of the required forms.
